You have to prepare yourself as you would for any worship or holy service.

Sādhanā Exercise: Homoerotic Erotic Breathing

By this time we have introduced, discussed, and practiced most of the sādhanā exercises of erotic tantric breathing, including deep mūlādhāra (मूलाधार) (deep abdominopelvic) breathing, both nasal and oral, tāntric cyclic breathing with PC action, and breathing with pelvic rocking, among others. The several techniques of yogic prāṇāyāma (प्राणायाम) are a topic for discussion in specific sessions and modules, and particular sādhana‑s, sometimes even for unique and personal applications on a case-by-case basis. We have already introduced the technique of PC contraction on inhalation and relaxation on exhalation in the context of the “tantric breathing cycle.” We have also introduced the optional technique of articulating non-verbal, sensual vocalizations to express the nature of the experience or perception as well as it intensity. In conjunction with breathing, we have introduced the technique of visualizing the erotic subtle energies of the chakra‑s  and awakened erotic energies moving up from the reservoir in mūlādhāra (मूलाधार), and then again down the so-called nadi (नाडी)-s or energy channels, particularly suṣumṇā (सुषुम्ना). man in bead arching back deep breaths anim I have procedurized the phenomena in steps to allow you to establish a personal comfort level with the practice by referring to distinct steps. Despite all of this, I must caution you to please avoid conceptualizing these integrated and seamless processes as “steps,” but to practice them as seamless continua of a cyclical process, as components of a continuum of a unified whole. For example, erotic breathing is doing one encapsulated exercise that can very easily be done in isolation but in reality is a component of a cosmic system, in which breathing is integral but only one element. Everything has to melt into everything; each individual component must relinquish its individuality to become one with the whole. That’s the Tantra path.
